Cancellation policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to mason@schoolofrock.com
Refund Policy is as follows:
If School of Rock Mason cancels a camp, a full refund will be made
Cancellations requests received 21 days or more before a camp start date will receive a refund of 100% of tuition collected less a $20 service fee
Cancellations requests received within 21 days of the camp start date will not receive a refund unless the camper has been asked to isolate or quarantine due to Covid-19 issues. Campers who have been asked to isolate or quarantine by health authorities will receive a refund of 100% of tuition less a $20 service fee
